Although hugely experienced in all areas of marketing, Yvonne’s passion is CRM, bringing customer relationship management to the heart of a business, ensuring that any communications with prospects or customers are integrated & are on brand.
People management & the ability to work with any mix of people & get the very best out of them is second nature to Yvonne.
Experience covers domestic, UK & International Markets, primarily Europe, but also Israel, with Peugeot, Automobiles Peugeot, subsidiaries & importers.
Yvonne has been responsible for many hugely successful new product launches & successful implementation of projects throughout the world. These include central marketing databases, used car programmes & an array of training modules.
Yvonne is fluent in French.
Qualifications include BA (Hons) Business with French, MCIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) & Diploma in Applied Management.
